Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion from inside the app or from this public page. Both paths reach the same verified process:

• Open this public page from Thunderlist Settings or any browser. You do not need the app installed.
• Sign in to verify control of the account, choose full-account or specific-data deletion, review the consequences, and submit the form.
• If you cannot access the account, email privacy@bayonai.com from its associated address. Do not send a password, verification code, government ID, or task attachment.
• We send a request ID, review the verified scope, and tell you when deletion is complete or if a narrow legal exception applies.

After identity and scope are verified, a full account-deletion request removes or de-identifies the following from active Thunderlist systems:

• your Thunderlist account and identity profile
• lists you own and their tasks, subtasks, notes, comments, assignments, reminders, activity records, and attachments
• your notification feed, notification preferences, and registered push-notification tokens
• pending invitations created by you where they are not needed to preserve another user's account or rights
• server-side account settings and subscription-entitlement link

Deletion is not absolute where another person controls shared content or a narrow legal, security, or accounting exception applies. The following may remain for only as long as the applicable reason requires:

• content in another person's shared list may remain with that list owner; your account access and profile association will be removed or minimized where feasible
• purchase, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and transaction records kept by Thunderlist or a billing provider for the period required by law or legitimate financial controls
• limited security, abuse-prevention, backup, and deletion-audit records until their applicable retention cycle ends
• aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a Google Play, app-store, or other externally managed subscription. Cancel it through the provider before or after sending the deletion request to avoid a future renewal.

Thunderlist cannot remotely erase offline snapshots or queued edits from a device that never reconnects. Sign out and clear Thunderlist browser/app storage, or uninstall the app, after the request is confirmed. Uninstalling alone does not delete server data.

We normally complete a verified request within 30 days. If applicable law permits more time because a request is complex or numerous, we will explain the extension and expected completion date.

If we cannot complete part of a request, we will explain the reason unless law prevents us. You may reply, contact privacy@bayonai.com, or complain to the data-protection authority available where you live or work.
